Please join the Southeast Asia Program for an event marking the 5th anniversary of the U.S.-Laos Comprehensive Partnership. This session will feature opening remarks by the Lao Ambassador to the United States, Khamphan Anlavan, and a keynote address by the Former Deputy National Security Advisor of the United States, Ben Rhodes, followed by a panel discussion on war legacies, economic ties, and political/security relations with Sera Koulabdara (Executive Director, Legacies of War), Brian Eyler (Senior Fellow and Director, Southeast Asia Program, Stimson Center), and Murray Hiebert (Senior Associate, Southeast Asia Program, CSIS).
