The Commission consists of 27 high-level delegations of former government officials and scholars from the U.S. and ROK. It is co-chaired by Dr. Joseph Nye, Dr. John Hamre, Dr. Victor Cha, Dr. Yoon Young-kwan  (Former Minister, ROK Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade), Dr. Kim Sung-han (Former Vice Minister, ROK Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade), and Ambassador Park In-kook.

This pre-recorded event commemorates the launching of the Joint Report by the Commission on Northeast Asia and the Korean Peninsula.
