As the United States faces a growing range of conventional and unconventional threats, what is the role of ground maneuver warfare in the future global security environment? What capabilities will U.S. ground forces need to operate effectively as part of joint, interdepartmental, and multinational teams? To what degree should the maneuver capabilities of allies and partners affect U.S. force decisions? Please join us for a conversation on these and other questions critical to the future of U.S. ground forces.

The Ground Forces Dialogue is an initiative of the Harold Brown Chair in Defense Policy Studies at CSIS that is aimed at expanding the policy conversation about challenges facing U.S. ground forces over the next decade. The Dialogue includes live events as well as web-based video and audio interviews and original analysis around a series of issues.
