His Excellency Egemen Bagis, Turkey’s Minister of European Union Affairs and EU Ambassadors in Washington

The Turkish Minister of European Union Affairs Egemen Bagis met with the Ambassadors from the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Greece, Sweden, Bulgaria and Holland and the Deputy Chiefs of Mission from Ireland, Portugal and the Czech Republic at a discussion of Turkey’s EU accession process at CSIS on April 24, 2013.

Minister Bagis was accompanied by the Turkish Ambassador to the US Namik Tan and his Undersecretary Ambassador Haluk Ilicak. The event was jointly organized by the CSIS Turkey Project and the CSIS Europe Program with the EU Ambassador to the US Joao Vale de Almeida.
