The Southeast Asia Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) is pleased to present the inaugural Manila Strategy Forum. This forum will bring together leading experts on foreign policy, geoeconomics, and technology from the Philippines and the United States to discuss some of our most pressing regional and global challenges.

Senior officials will provide keynote remarks and high-level panels will discuss global trade tensions, the shifting international order, crises abroad, and U.S.-Philippine cooperation on defense, infrastructure, and emerging technology. The Forum will be the centerpiece of CSIS’s new U.S.-Philippines Initiative, which aims to deepen the partnership between the two countries.
