The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) is hosting a discussion on international norms and behavior in cyberspace with Marina Kaljurand, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia. Minister Kaljurand will explain the political choices that Estonia has made about the role of ICTs in its economy, society, government and national security. She will also address the importance of international dialogue on norms, laws, and other confidence-building measures to promote responsible state behavior in cyberspace.
