Read the Brief

Please join CSIS' Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group and Aerospace Security Project for a conversation on the Department of Defense’s development and procurement for remotely crewed systems. The panel will highlight the role that remotely crewed systems play in intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) as the world returns to great power competition. This program will feature a panel of former officials and private sector expertise that will address DOD’s budget and strategy around the development and procurement of remotely crewed systems and the advantages that these systems offer not only to the warfighter, but to broader military capability.

This event is made possible by support from General Atomics and general support to CSIS.
