The Israeli ‘Unicorn’ Boom

Israel recently has seen a boom of ‘Unicorns’ — technology startup companies valued at $1 billion dollars or more. The number of these companies has jumped from just one in 2013 to 71 in September 2021. These companies are also hitting this milestone faster than before. Not surprisingly, this success has drawn attention and investment from global venture capital firms.
