The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) held a public session to present the findings of the Nuffield Council on Bioethics on the ethical, legal and social issues that are raised by research into behavioral genetics. The Nuffield Council's report, "Genetics and Behavior: the Ethical Context", examines how genes and the environment influence human behavioral traits such as aggression, anxiety, homosexuality, intelligence, novelty-seeking and anti-social behavior.
