Japan’s Vision for a Free, Open and Inclusive International Order Based on the Rule of Law

On July 29, the United States and Japan convened the first ministerial meeting of the U.S.-Japan Economic Policy Consultative Committee (EPCC, or Economic “2+2”) here in Washington D.C. The Honorable Yoshimasa Hayashi, Minister of Foreign Affairs for Japan, joined CSIS to share Japan's Vision for a Free, Open and Inclusive International Order Based on the Rule of Law.
