Land reform is a complex yet vital component of achieving broader economic development goals. New approaches, technological advancements in geodetic surveying, and focused efforts by donor and host governments have made significant developments in improving land titling systems. In this discussion we highlighted innovations in titling procedures and lessons learned in overcoming legal, cultural, and developmental challenges of land reform, with a specific focus on the unique efforts being undertaken in Ghana.
