Cynthia “Didi” Rapp has been CIA’S Deputy Director for Analysis since January 2019. Ms. Rapp has served in the intelligence community for more than 40 years, previously holding several senior assignments including Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Director of Public Affairs.
Dawn Meyerriecks was appointed Deputy Director of CIA for Science and Technology in 2015. Prior to this, Ms. Meyerriecks served as Associate Deputy Director of CIA for Science and Technology. Before joining the CIA, Ms. Meyerriecks worked in the private sector as an independent consultant and Senior Vice President for Product Technology at AOL.
Elizabeth “Betsy” Davis has been the Deputy Director of CIA for Support since August 2019. Prior to this, Ms. Davis served as Associate Deputy Director of CIA for Support/Management, where she focused on driving strategy and aligning resources to position the Director of Support to enable the operational mission.
Sonya Holt serves as the Deputy Associate Director of CIA for Talent for Diversity and Inclusion and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. Ms. Holt has served more than three decades at the CIA and has served in roles where she implemented the ten corporate mandates improving how the Agency manages its full range of talent and increasing senior leadership opportunities for women at the CIA.
