The need for a unified U.S.-EU stance on the future of the Serbia and Montenegro union was explored at a Dec. 14 CSIS forum on Capitol Hill chaired by CSIS East Europe Project Director Janusz Bugajski and hosted by Foreign Minister Miodrag Vlahovic of Montenegro and Congressional Research Service Europe Specialist Steven Woehrel.
