The Next Step Forward for U.S.-India Strategic Ties: Assessing the First 2+2 Dialogue
On September 6 the United States and India held the inaugural 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue in New Delhi, a mechanism announced in 2017 to strengthen coordination between our respective diplomatic and defense leaders as our two countries look to deepen our rapidly expanding strategic partnership. On September 12, Amb. Alice Wells and Mr. David F. Helvey will address the Washington policy community to assess the relationship and review key outcomes from the inaugural 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue.
