In February, the final regulations under the Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act of 2018 (FIRRMA) came into effect, updating the scope and processes of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). In this event, the panelists will discuss the status of the CFIUS process and how FIRRMA reforms have progressed over the course of 2020.
