PDI Live Debate 5: John Steinbruner & Walter Slocombe on De-Alerting

The CSIS Project on Nuclear Issues (PONI) hosts the fifth installment of the "PONI Debates the Issues" series.  The live debate will feature Dr. John Steinbruner, Professor of Public Policy at the School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland and Director of the Center for International and Security Studies at Maryland, and Walter Slocombe, member of Caplin and Drysdale.  The debate topic will be whether the United States should physically de-alert its nuclear arsenal.
