Join the CSIS Scholl Chair for the launch of our newest report The Perfect Match. As part of our ongoing series on workforce development and manufacturing jobs, this report examines the problem of ‘job mismatch’ in the manufacturing sector – why it is difficult for job seekers to find positions that match their skills and why employers struggle to find right-skilled employees. A distinguished panel of experts will discuss fundamental questions about information asymmetries, behavioral dynamics, and other frictions in the labor market in light of the changing nature of work.

This event is made possible through the generous support of the Arconic Foundation.
