Please join the Project on Nuclear Issues for a breakfast talk Kirk Donald, President and Chief Executive Officer of Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. Before joining SPA in 2013, Mr. Donald completed a distinguished 37-year Navy career during which he obtained the rank of four-star Admiral. His final assignment was as Director, Naval Nuclear Propulsion, and Deputy Administrator for the National Nuclear Security Administration, a position that he held since 2004. Prior to that, he served as Commander of the U.S. Submarine Forces. Mr. Donald is a 1975 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and has completed Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government Senior Executive Fellows Program.
