Rep John P. Murth Receives the Admiral Arleigh Burke Leadership Award

CSIS recognized the outstanding leadership of Representative John P. Murtha on the 24th of April by presenting him with the Admiral Arleigh Burke Leadership Award. The ceremony was attended by leaders throughout the defense community who wished to pay tribute to Murtha's character and principled approach to public service. Murtha is seen here congratulating Sailor of the Year of the USS Arleigh Burke, Todd Washington, who also attended the event.
