At a CSIS Statemen's Forum on December 18th, President Vladimir Voronin of the Republic of Moldova discussed his country's political and economic development. President Voronin gave a frank assessment of Moldova's current situation, the policies his administration must implement to encourage development, and the status of relations with the United States, Russia, and Moldova's neighbors.
