A panel discussion hosted by the Project on Military and Diplomatic History and the Missile Defense Project
Wednesday, February 7, 2018 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Also joining us will be Ambassador Robert Joseph, former Undersecretary of State for Arms Control and International Security, and Bilyana Lilly, Assistant Policy Researcher at the RAND Corporation and author of the book Russian Foreign Policy Toward Missile Defense (2014).
