Despite the ongoing war in Ukraine, fast recovery actions are already taking place. These activities are essential in bolstering the resilience of Ukraine’s local communities and its economy during the war. Digital management systems have a central role to play as they can ensure transparency and integrity in the process, as well as enable effective oversight by civil society.
