Roundtable with Finnish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Timo Soini

On Monday, February 1, 2016, the CSIS Europe Program hosted the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland, Timo Soini, for a discussion of Finland's Arctic policy as well as the work of the Arctic Council and the Finnish chairmanship that will begin in 2017.
