Russian Energy and Politics in the Baltics, Poland and Ukraine

On February 7, 2005, the CSIS Europe Program hosted a Congressional Staff Forum to discuss Russian “energy diplomacy” with its close neighbors, including the possible means for these countries to become less dependant from Moscow’s will.
