Security, Cloud Computing and the Coming Mobile Environment

We are moving into a different cyber environment. Your information will be stored in the cloud – a computer somewhere else whose location you do not know – and you will connect to it with a mobile device – a cell phone or PDA.  This change is bigger than any previous Internet evolution and while there are huge new opportunities, there are also significant new risks.  This is a discussion of the evolving cybersecurity challenges, the role of the national communications infrastructure, and the need to bolster innovation.
