Spurring Private Investment in Africa

With a dynamic and young population, and growing demands for more commerce and better services, African markets offer tremendous potential to investors. While structural barriers and legal challenges exist, African countries strive to address these hurdles through regional economic communities and other mechanisms, such as the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) agreement.
