CSIS hosted a Statesmen's Forum with H.E. Hervé Morin, the Defense Minister of France, on “U.S., NATO, and the EU: Partnership for Security in a Troubled World.”

H.E. Morin spoke in French with continuous English translation. 

He took questions from the audience following his remarks.
