Wireless connectivity, including 5G and next generation wireless, is crucial to U.S. economic and national security interests. U.S. leadership in promoting next generation networks is also important for the future of dynamic, innovative free-market democracies.

FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel will deliver a keynote address providing her perspective on the importance of U.S. leadership in 5G. In concert with this event, CSIS Senior Fellow Clete Johnson released a paper exploring these themes.
