Please join us for this critical speech by Ms. Karen Agustiawan, President Director and CEO of PT Pertamina (Persero), an Indonesian state-owned energy corporation. Running an integrated oil & gas business, Pertamina is one of the world's largest producer and exporter of liquefied natural gas (LNG). Ms. Agustiawan will discuss sustainable energy in Southeast Asia. 

Ms. Agustiawan has had a long experience in the oil and gas industry. Before assuming her current position, she held positions with Halliburton Indonesia, CGG Petrosystems, Indonesia, and Mobil Oil. She currently sits on the International Council of Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs

The CSIS Indonesia Initiative seeks to enhance understanding of Indonesia and create a forum for cultivating discussion of important policy questions relating to Indonesia’s foreign policy, security and political posture, trade and investment, and social issues.
