Topics on U.S.-ROK Relations

This was one of the first gatherings in a new CSIS Dinner Discussions Series geared towards senior policymakers.  The goal of this series is to provide an intimate and confidential space to support and strengthen dialogue among influential policymakers on key regions and important issue areas.

The dinner meeting was moderated by Dr. Victor Cha, Senior Adviser and Korea Chair at CSIS. The main discussion topics included the U.S.-ROK joint military exercises, North Korea, and the road ahead for the KORUS FTA.
