Transatlantic Marshall Dialogue

The Europe Program hosted a Transatlantic Marshall Dialogue that featured Rudy deLeon, former deputy secretary of defense, and Radoslaw Sikorski, former Polish minister of defense. The discussion focused on the increasing long list of international challenges that the United States and Europe face as partners, including engagement with Russia, NATO’s ongoing mission in Afghanistan, missile defense, and energy security.

John Hamre, president and CEO of CSIS, provided an introduction. Julianne Smith, director of the Europe Program, moderated the event.
