An Update on the Renewable Fuel Standard
The CSIS Energy & National Security Program is pleased to host a discussion on the U.S. Renewable Fuel Standard – its current status, prospects for reform and factors relating to EPA decision making, Congressional oversight, and implications for trade and the market. EPA has indicated that it will lower the overall mandated volume for biofuels for 2018, the first ever reduction.
