The CSIS Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group invites you to the release of the 2013 update of the U.S. Federal Services Industrial Base report. This report analyzes trends in federal services contracting between FY2000-FY2012 and projects future declines resulting from budget drawdowns and austerity measures. It also addresses key contract policy questions associated with the services industrial base. The report covers services contracts by federal agency customer, service category, type of contract vehicle, funding mechanism, and level of competition. This report also looks at the services industrial base based on contractor size and the top 20 contractors for each agency, services category, and for federal services overall.
