U.S.-Polish-German Seminar: A Trilateral Perspective on Russia
At this trilateral discussion U.S., Polish, and German government officials and Russia experts reflected on the successes and the challenges in their countries’ engagements with Russia. Given the U.S.-Russian Reset policy, Germany’s strategic partnership with Russia, and recent Polish-Russian rapprochement, it is a timely moment for the United States and our European colleagues to take stock of improved relations with Russia and to build a transatlantic strategy for continued and enhanced cooperation.
