U.S.-ROK Bilateral Dialogue for the Next 70 Years of the U.S.-ROK Alliance

September 11, 2023 • 1:00 – 3:00 pm EDT

Brought to you by

This year marks the 70th anniversary of the U.S.-ROK alliance. Yet, North Korea’s continuous nuclear and missile threats, U.S.-China competition, and war in Ukraine pose many uncertainties and challenges. How should the United States and the Republic of Korea work together to enhance peace and stability on the Korean peninsula and beyond? Furthermore, what are the ways in which the two allies can strengthen their cooperation on economic security?

The CSIS Korea Chair cordially invites you to its annual strategic dialogue with the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) to discuss the next 70 years of the U.S.-ROK alliance.

This event is co-organized by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA).
