The WHO and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB, and Malaria
The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Global Health Policy Center hosted William (Bill) Steiger, Director of the Office of Global Health Affairs (OGHA) and Special Assistant to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Dr. Steiger reflected on the successes and challenges of the U.S. relationship with the World Health Organization, and on U.S. involvement with the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria.
