Will the Russians Meddle in Latin American Elections?

Please join us on Monday, March 26th at 9:30 am for a public presentation on the potential for Russian interference in the upcoming elections in Latin America. Our panelists will include Javier Lesaca, Visiting Scholar at the School of Media and Public Affairs at George Washington University; Evan Ellis from the U.S. Army War College and a Senior Adviser at CSIS; and David Salvo, Resident Fellow at the Alliance for Securing Democracy at the German Marshall Fund. 

2018 will see presidential elections in several countries across Latin America, notably in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, and Venezuela.  Our panelists will discuss Russia's strategic interests in Latin America, including how the region should prepare for potential Russian meddling in upcoming presidential elections.  The presentations by our panelists will be followed by an audience Q&A.
