Mansoor Almazrouei is an experienced police officer and team leader with over 15 years in the Abu Dhabi Police. He is adept in community engagement, crime reduction, and crisis management. His leadership approach prioritizes teamwork, clear communication, ethical conduct, and creating a positive atmosphere for his colleagues. He is committed to fostering community trust and devising innovative solutions to improve public safety. Mansoor enjoys training and guiding new recruits, initiating community outreach initiatives, and employing data-informed strategies to tackle crime patterns, all aimed at cultivating a safer and more robust

Ali Alneyadi has served as an officer in the Procurement Department of the Abu Dhabi Police since 2016. In this role, he has been instrumental in developing strategic procurement plans, conducting in-depth financial evaluations of suppliers, and achieving significant cost reductions through effective negotiations and material shipment consolidations. His professional journey reflects his commitment to leveraging his academic and professional expertise to drive success and innovation within his organization. Ali has a strong drive for continuous learning and development and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in AI data management, where he is focused on integrating his expertise in finance with the rapidly evolving field of AI and exploring innovative ways to apply AI-driven solutions to financial management and decision-making processes. Ali holds a B.S. in business accounting from the University of Hartford, where he graduated on both the Dean's List and the President's List.

Khaled Mohammed Alnuaimi has served as a police detective in Abu Dhabi for almost three years. He is now turning to focus on pursuit of a master’s degree in conflict analysis and resolution from George Mason University in Virginia. Upon completion of his degree, Khaled plans to work as a human resources planning officer so that he is able to support the best decision making about the safety of the community, the quality of life of employees of the agency, and the services that Abu Dhabi Police provides to residents.

Mariam Alshamsi is a dedicated criminal investigation officer with over three years of experience at the Abu Dhabi Police. She is known for her commitment to collaboration, ethical decision-making, and justice in her work. Mariam is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in business Administration and holds a master's degree focused on people with disabilities. Her research on Autism Spectrum Disorder, including two published studies, has influenced her commitment to inclusivity in the workplace. Passionate about leadership and social responsibility, Mariam aims to drive positive change and innovation within the Investigation Department.

Hamda Alzarooni currently works for the Abu Dhabi Police in the Forensic Evidence Department as a forensic lab technician. She has been in this field for eight years and her main job is solving crimes through scientific analysis. As a lab technician, Hamda utilizes her scientific knowledge to examine evidence and provide crucial information to law enforcement agencies. Her work in the lab involves conducting tests, interpreting results, and maintaining accurate records to support criminal investigations.

Sage Baron is newly responsible for building Bridgewater’s Total Portfolio Strategies (TPS) Department, as management deputy head of TPS. This entails building a portfolio of business lines and strategies to shape the industry with innovative solutions addressing clients’ biggest investment challenges. Sage continues to hold her prior responsibilities for building Bridgewater’s business in onshore China, Bridgewater China Investment Management Co. (BCIMC), overseeing strategy, operations and firmwide stakeholder management. Sage was involved in building the business since inception in 2018 and today, BCIMC is the largest wholly foreign owned portfolio management company in China. Internally, she is an active member of Bridgewater’s Women’s Influence Network and Asian Affinity Network. Sage began her career at Bridgewater in 2006, in human resources, leading campus recruiting. Sage later served as chief of staff to a Management Committee Member and head of trading and account management, partnering on the firm’s strategic agenda, department management, and other special projects. Prior to launching BCIMC in 2019, Sage was chief operating officer of Bridgewater’s Investment Engine and a part of the leadership team to redesign Bridgewater’s front office. Before joining Bridgewater, Sage was a management development associate at Daymon Worldwide (2004-2006) and received a B.A. in Economics from New York University (2004).

Tatiana Blanco is a Bolivian Aymara who dreams of exploring other worlds. She aims to empower indigenous women through education. Education is power that must be used for good. Tatiana passes along as much as she has learned in the best way possible. Educating a girl means educating a village. She fervently believes that being the most aware of actions and consequences can drive us to make better choices. Thus, Tatiana’s theory is that preponderance of good actions in a community would lead to more prosperity and peace. She is positive that sharing love, respect, and care among not only human beings but every being will bring us back to the paradise we all look for.

Yassine Belkabir is the founder and managing partner of the African Bureau of Mining Consultants (ABM) of Casablanca, Morocco. He served previously as director of mergers and acquisitions for Management Group, a publicly traded mining group listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange. Yassine has extensive experience assessing mineral properties and managing multidisciplinary teams. He supervised multiple transactions in Africa. Yassine is also a member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals, and Mining (IOM3) in London, England, and a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101. Yassine is a chartered engineer with a diploma of engineering from INPT-ENSEEIHT and a master’s degree in metals and energy finance from Imperial College London.

Marcaé Bryant, a trailblazer in the cybersecurity field, has dedicated her career to advancing the nation's defenses against threats. With over 15 years of experience across three critical infrastructure sectors, Marcaé has established herself as a trusted expert in military threat intelligence and cybersecurity. A decorated military veteran, Marcaé leverages her expertise to drive strategic leadership and mentorship for non-profit organizations, serving as a board member and leader in several organizations. In addition to her professional pursuits, Marcaé is an author and conference presenter, sharing her insights and knowledge with the broader cybersecurity community. With a strong focus on education, Marcaé is committed to empowering the next generation of cybersecurity leaders and professionals and has earned a reputation as a leader and mentor in her field

Yuji Doura joined Kyocera Corporation in 1999, starting his career as an engineer responsible for the design around the photoconductor drum of printers and copiers. In 2004 he was dispatched to a sales company in the United States, and in 2012, he was sent to a sales company in Germany, where he monitored market quality and provided feedback to headquarters. In 2018, Yuji served as the senior manager of product planning, and in 2020, he became the managing director of the Kyocera’s sales office in Singapore. Since 2022, he has been working at the headquarters of Kyocera Document Solutions in Osaka in the Corporate Business Support Division, primarily responsible for supporting governance, internal control, and the integration and reorganization of group-related companies. Yuji holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from Tokyo University of Science in Japan.

José Guerra is a professional with over 15 years of experience in leadership, strategic communication, and social project management. Throughout his career, José has managed strategic alliances with international organizations and developed reports for project evaluation and presentation to governmental entities. As director of digital media at @ValvulaPolitica, he has worked on expanding the organization's digital presence and promoting civic engagement in Venezuela, the United States, Chile, and Colombia. His goal is to continue applying his experience and skills to generate a positive impact in communities, focusing on projects that promote inclusion, empowerment, and social change. José holds a master's degree in political communication and strategic governance from George Washington University, which has allowed him to lead key initiatives in various organizations, including the National Assembly of Venezuela and the Mercedes Pulido School of Government.

Ranjit Kumar is a senior manager at Tata Consulting Engineers with over 12 years of experience in the climate change and water domain. He specializes in designing and developing water supply schemes and advancing carbon-neutral projects. His career has spanned multiple countries, where he has made significant contributions to global and regional environmental initiatives. Ranjit is a distinguished participant in several premier professional exchange programs, including the International Visitor Leadership Program in water economics and water pricing, facilitated by the U.S. Department of State. He is also a South Asia Climate Fellow, working on climate Action projects across the Indo-Pacific region, including India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Nepal. With a background in environmental law and a degree in civil engineering, Ranjit is dedicated to advancing water schemes in the Himalayan region. His goal is to improve the lives of 300,000 to 400,000 people through these initiatives. His previous work includes contributions to nation-building projects such as Smart Cities, the Clean India Mission, AMRUT, and Start-Up India. Additionally, he has collaborated with international organizations like KPMG, Water for People, and the Aga Khan Foundation. Outside of his professional life, Ranjit enjoys playing chess and exploring the mountains.

Olukemi Ladeinde is a public health administrator with over 25 years of experience in public health management, policy, and operations. She is committed to enhancing healthcare systems globally, and has specialized in health security, adopting a one-health approach. She has successfully overseen projects exceeding $500 million, funded by notable organizations such as the World Bank, U.S. CDC, and the Global Fund. Olukemi is known for her exceptional strategic planning, policy development, program coordination, implementation, and stakeholder engagement skills. She excels in leveraging data and evidence-based practices to improve health outcomes, promote health equity, and effectively address public health challenges. Olukemi’s leadership goals include fostering more effective collaborative partnerships to enhance health security and disease surveillance, developing and implementing effective health policies and programs, mentoring, and building the capacity of public health professionals. Her communication goals include effectively communicating public health information to diverse audiences including engagement with the press, facilitating stakeholder engagement and feedback mechanisms, and developing clear and concise reports and proposals to secure support.

Elias Messaike has over 15 years of professional investigative experience across various sectors, including law enforcement, multilateral development, and humanitarian organizations. He is currently a senior investigator (counsel) with the World Bank Group’s Ethics and Internal Justice Services Vice Presidency, where he leads administrative investigations into allegations of workplace misconduct, such as sexual harassment, abuse of authority, and whistleblower retaliation. Previously, Elias held investigative roles at the United Nations Office of Internal Oversight Services and Westpac. He was also a criminal intelligence analyst with the New South Wales Department of Justice, specializing in complex cases involving homicide, terrorism, and organized crime. Elias holds a B.S. in forensic biology with first class honors from the University of Technology Sydney and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in law from the University of London. He is also a certified fraud examiner and a Sir Winston Churchill Fellow. Elias is passionate about ethical leadership; integrating technology into investigations; and fostering environments that uphold integrity, respect, and justice.

Yevheniia Morozova is an expert reform strategist with the European Union organization based in Kyiv, Ukraine, and an academic with extensive experience in Ukraine's educational and governance sectors. She holds advanced degrees from leading Ukrainian and British institutions and has developed a deep expertise in policy reform, while remaining committed to educational innovation. Beyond Yevheniia’s academic pursuits, she has played a pivotal role in Ukraine's post-war development and reform efforts, with a particular focus on governance, institutional transparency, and the modernization of the civilian security sector. Her international career includes collaboration with numerous global organizations and national governments, where she has introduced innovative approaches to national policy reform and institutional development in response to the modernization needs of Ukraine. Currently, Yevheniia is concentrating on advancing institutional reforms within Ukraine’s civilian security sector, with particular emphasis on combating war crimes and revitalizing governance structures. With a strong background in project management, she has successfully led nationwide Ukrainian strategic initiatives that align with European Union standards and global best practices. Committed to supporting Ukraine’s growth and recovery, Yevheniia is dedicated to enhancing transparency and improving our national institutional efficiency. She remains passionate about the intersection of education, policy, and governance and continues to work towards building a resilient, transparent, and progressive public sector in Ukraine.

Dr. Masuka Musumali currently works at USAID as the Family Health Division chief and is the point person responsible for the Reproductive Maternal, Newborn, Child, Adolescent Health and Nutrition portfolio in the Zambian mission. She has worked for USAID for 13 years. Prior to this, she worked as a medical practitioner in the Ministries of Health of Zambia and Botswana. In addition, she worked for implementing partners such as JHPIEGO and FHI360 in the areas of reproductive health and HIV, respectively. Masuka has a medical degree from the Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy in Russia and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Limpopo in South Africa. She loves gardening and watching documentaries in her free time.

Dr. Henry Ajewi-Narh Nagai is the Ghana country representative and chief of party for JSI Research and Training Institute, where he oversees the implementation of USAID projects including Strengthening the Care Continuum and Global Vax. A medical doctor and public health and development practitioner with over 23 years of experience, his focus has been in the application of public health science including implementation and systems science and clinical research approaches to addressing public health challenges, particularly in the areas of HIV, NTDs, TB, malaria, viral hemorrhagic fevers, and immunization. A member of several technical working groups, Henry has experience managing large-scale public health programs with funding from international development agencies and corporate organizations including Global Fund, the World Bank, USAID, Pfizer, GSK, the Gates Foundation, and Hershey’s. Henry volunteers his time at the Village of Hope Orphanage Hospital in Ghana where he is the board chair, managing technical resources and building partnerships with development organizations. He has earned degrees from several institutions across Africa, Europe, and North America.

Shona Olalere Oluwatola is the co-founder of CDIAL AI. CDIAL.Al is transforming how Africa communicates with its voice-first, conversational artificial intelligence, Indigenous AI, which fluently understands and speaks African languages. Shona is also a doctoral fellow and assistant policy researcher at RAND Corporation. Her research areas are AI, governance, technology, public health, and participatory research. With more than 10 years of experience in technology, policy analysis, international relations, and development, Shona is one of the most sought-after seasoned analysts in the public and private sectors in Africa. Her contribution to policy analysis and governance was instrumental in the development of Nigeria's Medium-Term National Development Plan which was approved by the President and the Federal Executive Council. She obtained an M.S. in policy analysis and global governance (with distinction) from the University of the West of Scotland, an M.A. in international relations from Cyprus International University, and a B.A. in history and international studies from Bowen University. She is also certified in public policy by Virginia University, in policy analysis by the International Public Policy Association, and in global diplomacy by the University of London.

Jorge A. Rave is the regional vice-president for Latin America and the Caribbean for Export Development Canada (EDC), based out of the agency’s Mexico City regional hub. Since joining EDC in 2008, Jorge has consistently taken on positions of increasing scope and responsibility with special focus on emerging markets. Jorge has over 20 years of professional experience working in international affairs with public and private sector organizations. His professional background also includes academic research as well as participation in humanitarian and economic development projects in various parts of the world. Jorge is a regular speaker at international finance and trade conferences and a frequent author of articles on international trade. Jorge holds a degree from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Colombia, a master’s degree in international relations from the Université du Québec in Montreal, and a post-graduate diploma in strategy and innovation from Oxford University. Having lived in five different countries, Jorge is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion issues and is an active member of EDC's Employee Resource Groups. Jorge is fluent in Spanish, English, and French and is a mentor volunteer for peers, students, and recent university graduates in Canada and abroad

Natalie Rodden has been a management and operations professional for 19 years and has been with Bridgewater Associates for the past 10, currently serving as the chief administrative officer for the Client Service business. She specializes in operational delivery at scale across a wide breadth of functional business requirements including financial planning, talent operations, risk and continuity management, and supply chain strategy. Over the course of her career, she has led teams through global transformational change, industry-specific evolution, and bilateral risk. While growing her business impact, Natalie has been both a champion of career planning and talent development and an advocate for mental health and working parents. Natalie holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in international business and has studied in the U.S. and Argentina

Hayato Takenouchi serves as secretary general for the Inamori Fundation, an organization based in Kyoto dedicated to promoting mutual understanding and contributing to peace and prosperity among all people on earth. Founded by Dr. Kazuo Inamori, the foundation’s initiatives include the Kyoto Prize, which honors individuals worldwide who have made significant contributions to the scientific, cultural, and spiritual betterment of humanity. The Foundation also offers research grants through both small- and large-scale programs to support young researchers. Before joining the Inamori Foundation in 2016, Hayato worked in the mobile phone business at KYOCERA Corporation and SANYO Electric Co., Ltd., focusing on the U.S. market. He studied electrical and electronic engineering at Kyoto University.

Dr. Azime Telli specializes in the fields of energy policy, energy security, and energy diplomacy. She has published numerous items in these areas, both nationally and internationally. Azime has worked as an associate professor at Mersin University since 2017 and is currently a visiting scholar at The Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University, where she is conducting postdoctoral research about the U.S.'s energy transition and climate change governance model. Azime graduated from Ankara University with a degree in public administration in 2000. She also holds an M.A. in political science and public administration and a Ph.D. from Kocaeli University. While writing her Ph.D. dissertation, Energy Diplomacy in the Caspian Basin: Cooperation and Rivalry, she was a guest researcher at the Center for Strategic Studies of the President of Azerbaijan.

Marcelo Tenza is from Spain and is currently living in Mallorca where he runs different businesses. He has a degree in Spanish law and in European Union law. Marcelo has completed several different courses at the Diplomatic School of Madrid, specializing in economics and politics of Latin America. Afterwards Marcelo began running a Family Office with investments from hospitality to real estate and private equity funds. A few years ago, Marcelo studied in a general management program at the IESE Business School in Barcelona and last year, completed a master's degree in international relations at the Geneva School of Diplomacy with a thesis on mediation in international conflicts. Marcelo’s professional development has had a positive impact on his community, most notable through a job training program for immigrants he leads every year. In addition, Marcelo began a personal project last year called Action Group Children for Liberia, a foundation to help orphaned children through education and professional training workshops. In terms of international relations, he is interested in conflict resolution, international mediation, human rights advocacy, business and human rights, strategic foresight and scenario building. On a personal level, Marcelo loves all kinds of sports, traveling, and above all, listening and long conversations about any subject.

Kabi Adhikari Thapaliya is a faculty member of the Department of English at Shepherd College of Purbanchal University in Nepal. She has contributed to academia for two decades in different capacities. Kabi is connected with academics in and out of the country and works with them to advance inclusive education. She often conducts academic and professional development programs in collaboration with the Tribhuvan University Grassroots Community, the Open and Distance Education Centre at Tribhuvan University, and the University of Grant Commission. In addition to this, she has been working as a senior research fellow at Dot Newsy Nepal Media and Research Pvt. Ltd. Her area of interest in research includes inclusive education in relation to educational ideologies. In 2023, Kabi completed the Study of the U.S. Institutes academic exchange program in New York, sponsored by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State. Kabi is currently pursuing an M.Phil. and Ph.D. program at Tribhuvan University’s Central Department of Sociology. She holds an M.A. in English literature from Tribhuvan University and a diploma in journalism from Nepal Press Institute.

Leah Vidovich is the deputy chief of staff for export administration at the Bureau of Industry and Security, U.S. Department of Commerce. In this role, she supports a variety of efforts related to the advancement of national security, foreign policy, and U.S. strategic technology leadership, including through the development and implementation of strategic trade controls. Prior to this role, Leah was an analyst in the Bureau's Office of Technology Evaluation, where she specialized in the research and analysis of emerging technologies, supply chain resiliency, and defense industrial base policies. Leah obtained her master's degree in economics from American University.

Theresa Wu is an executive coach and human intelligence executive partnering with leaders and communities to activate high-value, shared growth for people, digital, and AI x HI (artificial intelligence x human intelligence). Theresa helps others find contagious purpose through research-based coaching processes which unleash measurable organizational and individual behaviors. Theresa dedicates her work to the integration of solution-based and action-centered growth, steps, models, and impact. Theresa earned an advanced executive coaching placement from the Columbia Coaching Certification Program at Columbia Business School and Teacher’s College. She has a master’s in international affairs from Columbia’s School of International Affairs, specializing in organizational behavior in NGOs and for-profits, and a B.A. in criminology, law, and society and business management from University of California, Irvine. Theresa has keen integration imperatives in adeptness, goodness, and fellowship. She is a patron of leading educational, literary, explorative, and scientific institutions. Anchored in New York City, Theresa feels close to home in Irvine, Taipei, Vancouver Island, and Hawaii.
