"Arctic Oil and Gas Development” Conference at CSIS

The Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) Energy and National Security Program will host a conference on oil and gas resource development in the Arctic. A panel discussion will follow each keynote address. Keynote speakers include Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), deputy secretary of the Interior David Hayes, and chair of the U.S. Arctic Research Commission Frances Ulmer.
