Chief of British Defense Staff Gen. Richards to Discuss The Future of Anglo-American Cooperation at CSIS

WASHINGTON, May 21, 2012 – The Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) Europe Program will host General David Richards, Chief of the British Defense Staff, to discuss the outcomes of the recent NATO Summit and the future of U.S.-U.K. defense cooperation. As a former commander of NATO forces in Afghanistan, General Richards will also provide insights on NATO's transition plans for the region.
Heather Conley, senior fellow and director of CSIS Europe Program, will moderate.
