A Conversation on the "Future of the Army" With: Dr. Joseph W. Westphal Under Secretary of the Army

WASHINGTON, April 26, 2011 – The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) New Defense Approaches Project will host a discussion with Dr. Joseph W. Westphal, Under Secretary of the Army.  This discussion is part of the Military Strategy Forum, a series developed by CSIS and sponsored by Rolls-Royce North America, which welcomes senior defense leaders to present their vision and insights on the direction of U.S. defense policy and military strategy.
