Côte d’Ivoire President Ouattara to speak at CSIS
WASHINGTON, September 22, 2011– The Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) Africa Program, the National Democratic Institute, National Endowment for Democracy, the Center for American Progress, and Côte d'Ivoire Watch host President of Côte d'Ivoire Alassane Ouattara for a discussion on security reconciliation and economic recovery for Côte d'Ivoire.
CSIS Africa Program Director Jennifer G. Cooke will provide the introduction. Chris Fomunyoh, NDI senior associate and regional director for Central and West Africa, will moderate the discussion. President Ouattara will take questions from the audience following his remarks.
