WASHINGTON, July 16, 2009 – The Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) will host a Congressional Dialogue with Sen. Mark Udall (D-CO), Sen. Roger Wicker (R-MS), Rep. Mac Thornberry (R-TX), and Rep. Jim Marshall (D-GA) on congressional perspectives concerning the Quadrennial Defense Review and U.S. national security strategy.
