CNO Adm. Gary Roughead to Speak at CSIS

WASHINGTON, June 14, 2011—The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) New Defense Approaches Project will host a Military Strategy Forum featuring Admiral Gary Roughead, Chief of Naval Operations on Thursday, June 16, 11:00am-12:00pm.  Adm. Roughead will deliver remarks regarding, “A Global Navy in a Time of Change."
