WASHINGTON, September 16, 2011– The Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) Energy and National Security Program hosts Acting Administrator Gruenspecht of the Energy Information Administration for an event entitled: “International Energy Outlook 2011.”  Frank A. Verrastro, Senior Vice President and Director, CSIS Energy and National Security Program will moderate and Mr. Gruenspecht will take questions from the audience following his remarks.
