AFRICOM's General Carter F. Ham to Discuss "AFRICOM Perspectives"

WASHINGTON, October 3, 2011 – The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) New Defense Approaches Project will host Gen. Carter F. Ham, commander, U.S. Africa Command, to discuss “AFRICOM Perspectives.” CSIS Africa Program director Jennifer Cooke will moderate a discussion with the audience following General Ham’s remarks.
