CSIS Named #1 Security & International Affairs Think Tank by 2011 Global Think Tanks Report

WASHINGTON, January 19, 2012 – The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) is pleased to have been named the world’s top security and international affairs think tank in The Global Go To Think Tanks Report, 2011.
The report is produced by the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program at the University of Pennsylvania and published by the Diplomatic Courier. The 2011 rankings were announced January 18, 2012, in Washington and New York and mark the fifth edition of this annual study.
According to the 2011 report, all 6,545 think tanks in the world were evaluated. The full 2011 rankings can be downloaded here.
