Over 1000 Essay Submissions Span All 50 U.S. States and 43 Countries.

We posed the question, “What is the most important thing the United States can do to improve global health over the next 15 years?” You responded. Not only did we receive over 1000 submissions addressing many important issues, they came from all over the country and beyond. The maps below tell that story.

Select essays will be included in the Commission’s final report, and winners of the cash rewards and scholarships will be announced by the end of the year. While this essay contest is wrapping-up, we are still interested in your continued feedback and testimony.
