Robert E. Ebel, Chairman of CSIS Energy Program, testified today before the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Near Eastern and Asian Affairs. Chairman Ebel provided insight into how foreign policy has been shaped by our need for affordable oil and the effects greater energy efficiency and alternative energy sources could have on U.S. foreign policy.
