CSIS Senior Fellow responds to Asymmetric Threats in Space

James Lewis, Senior Fellow and Director of the Technology and Public Policy Program at CSIS testified before the House Armed Services Defense Review Threat Panel November 1, 2005 on space security. Dr. Lewis, provided recommendations to ensure the United States is secure from future threats via space.
